Refund policy

Most Iledecor products are made to measure (custom Height, Width, and Depth). Once production starts, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong measurements you entered, or color preference after ordering.

If something is our fault — defective item, damage in transit, wrong pattern/color/size versus what you ordered, or a clear manufacturing/fit error we caused — contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@iledecor.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a remake, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us right away if anything looks wrong.

Sale items and gift cards (if offered) follow the same made-to-measure rules unless we state otherwise at checkout.

If you are in a region with mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights (for example the EU), those rights still apply where the law requires. Contact us and we’ll help you through the process.
