Order processing (made to measure)
Most items are made to your measurements after you order. Typical production time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before the order ships. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once it has shipped.

Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery after the order ships:
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

International shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery after the order ships: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Free shipping
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Delays
We aren’t responsible for carrier, weather, or customs delays. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
