Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
